Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to meet performance goals
• Assign tasks and ensure efficient daily operations
• Support hiring, training, and employee development
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures

• Provide exceptional in-store customer service
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate when necessary
• Assist customers with product selection and recommendations
• Handle phone inquiries and process orders

• Process sales, orders, and special purchases accurately
• Coordinate deliveries and supplier orders
• Maintain inventory levels and investigate discrepancies
• Ensure store displays are clean, stocked, and well organized

• Enforce workplace safety policies and PPE compliance
• Identify hazards and maintain a safe store environment
• Complete incident reports and participate in safety training

Qualifications

• Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Customer-focused with problem-solving ability
• Knowledge of hardware, plumbing, paint, or building supplies
• Reliable with strong organizational skills
• Availability to work evenings and weekends

Schedule

• Full-time hours
• Flexible availability required (days, evenings, weekends)
