We’re seeking a dynamic Parts Counter Agent to join our team and ensure smooth and efficient parts operations. If you’re customer-focused, detail-oriented, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

This position is a Full-time opportunity based in Winnipeg, Manitoba

Must be eligible to work in Canada.

This is an on-site position.

On a Typical Day, You Will:

·         Greet and assist customers professionally, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions. Communicate effectively via phone, email, and text.

• Keep inventory records up-to-date, inspect and organize shipments, and ensure timely order fulfillment. Monitor stock levels and reorder parts to avoid shortages.
• Utilize your expertise to locate specific parts, answer technical questions, and guide customers with accurate information.
• Promote additional products, meet sales goals, and support marketing campaigns to grow parts sales.
• Prepare accurate invoices and receipts and maintain thorough inventory and customer interaction records.
• Keep the parts showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing, with neatly priced products on display.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer service, including phone, email, and texting communication.
• Inventory management: receiving, organizing, and tracking stock.
• Sales-focused mindset, with a goal to meet or exceed targets.
• Warehousing tasks like shipping, receiving, picking, and packing.

Qualifications:

·         At least 3 years of experience with automotive, industrial, or relevant parts and equipment. Familiarity with parts catalogues and basic computer skills for data entry.

• Excellent communication and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Strong multitasking ability and a clean, orderly approach to work.
• A drive to upsell products and achieve sales goals.
• Basic warehousing experience, including shipping, receiving, and record-keeping.
