Account Manager, Private Client Group

How you will Impact PLATFORM

The successful candidate will provide service excellence to our customers and insurance markets by servicing and maintaining the existing portfolio as well as pursuing new business as part of the personal lines team. We are looking for professionals who want to join an exciting, fast paced environment with a strong learning culture and a focus on overall development.

How you will be Successful
· Ensure PLATFORM’s quality of service standards are always upheld with clients
· Build positive client relationships by providing excellent, responsive service upon request
· Prepare and review client documentation including renewal reports
· Quote and bind coverages for new and existing clients
· Process changes on company portals
· Manage the PLATFORM Personal Group Insurance Program
· Seek ways to upgrade insurance market knowledge, while staying abreast of new products and policy changes

Education, Experience, and Qualifications
· A minimum of 3 years or relevant experience
· Knowledge of Applied Systems EPIC Broker Management System is preferred
· Knowledge of various company portals
· RIBO License is required
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Team orientation with strong interpersonal skills
· Possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
