CELI is hiring a Sales Consultant for our Toronto store location.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner, following CELI sales steps and providing product information and guidance as needed.

Actively engage customers following CELI sales steps to understand their preferences and assist them in finding the perfect pieces.

Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including arranging merchandise displays and replenishing stock as necessary.

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

Build and maintain strong product knowledge to effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing to customers.

Assist in inventory management tasks, including receiving shipments, conducting stock checks, and restocking merchandise.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Stay informed about industry trends, promotions, and special events to maximize sales opportunities.

Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.

Engage in training and roleplaying daily to develop skills and achieve targets.

Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols, always.

What You’ll Need

Experience in a customer focused role is required

Jewellery experience 

Friendly and outgoing

Professional appearance and presentation

Proficiency in English

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Has a high standard of personal accountability

Has a drive to achieve goals and targets

Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills

Flexible work schedule - weekends, evenings, events, holidays

Able to stand for extended periods of time
