What You’ll Do:

• Train and Develop Advisors to Understand and Convert Niche Focuses. #Vision100
• Coach to KPIs and Team Scorecards.
• Understand and Become Responsible for Driving Quarterly Sales Targets.

Who You Are:

• Intrapreneurial self-starter with a growth mindset – Grow your business with the support inside of an established and scaling organization.
• Proven Sales & Management Experience.
• Experience in Leading & Serving at a High Level.
• Insurance licensed (or willingness to obtain).
