Training Assistant/Coordinator (Full-Time, Entry Level)
Location: Phoenix, AZ (local candidates only - Hybrid Work Environment)
Pay: $24–27/hour (based on experience)
Kolbe Corp has been delivering meaningful in-person and virtual trainings for over 50 years. We’re looking for a Training Assistant/Coordinator to help support our training events and keep things running smoothly.

Responsibilities
· Support scheduling and logistics for training events
· Assist with in-person and virtual workshops
· Prepare physical materials and edit online materials
· Document and update records in multiple online systems
· Contact clients via phone and email
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
1–3 years of admin, office, or customer service experience
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and learning new software (LMS, CRM, Asana)
Organized, reliable, and a positive team player
This role is primarily in person, with work-from-home flexibility (1–2 days/week) after six months. Some early mornings or evenings may be required. Must live within a 30-minute commute of our office in 85016 zip code.
