Apartment Make-Ready Technician (Temp-to-Perm)

Revised Personnel is currently seeking a skilled and dependable Make-Ready Technician for an apartment community. This is a temp-to-permanent opportunity for individuals who take pride in preparing apartments for new residents.

• Prepare vacant apartment homes for new move-ins
• Complete painting, touch-up work, and drywall repairs
• Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs
• Replace fixtures, blinds, locks, and hardware as needed
• Clean and remove debris from units
• Report maintenance issues to management
• Ensure apartments meet company quality standards and move-in deadlines

• Previous apartment make-ready or maintenance experience preferred
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Must have basic make-ready tools, including:
  • Hammer
  • Screwdrivers
  • Pliers
  • Utility knife
  • Adjustable wrench
  • Drill/driver
  • Tape measure
  • Paint tools

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 1-hour lunch break

• Weekly pay
