As the Premium Services Manager at Prospera Place, you’ll be the go-to for all things premium at the arena. From managing suite presentations to overseeing catering contracts and guest communication, you're the behind-the-scenes magician making sure every premium guest walks away feeling truly valued and impressed. Whether it's a high-stakes hockey night, a sold-out concert, or a private event, you're all over the details and making sure everything runs smoothly.

Ideally, you bring at least 2 years of management experience, preferably in hospitality or a premium service industry, and you know how to use your strong communication and people skills to inspire your team and impress your guests. You’re confident when it comes to food safety procedures, and leading by example comes naturally to you. You're quick on your feet, proactive, and have a true passion for creating memorable experiences.

This is a 9-month full time contract (but we're open to part time 25-35 hours), with the potential to transition into a full-time permanent role within GSL. It's the perfect role for someone who loves variety, thrives under pressure, and is looking to step into a key leadership position in a dynamic venue.
