Coordinator, Investor Relations & Sustainability

Are you a highly organized, detail-driven professional with a passion for corporate communications, sustainability, and investor relations? We are seeking a Coordinator - Investor Relations & Sustainability to join our dynamic Corporate Services team. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Investor Relations & Sustainability, this role plays a key part in supporting corporate planning, investor communications, treasury functions, and sustainability reporting.

What You'll Be Doing


Investor Relations & Corporate Communications
  • Assist in the preparation and dissemination of press releases, including newswire distribution, SEDAR/OTC filings, and website/email postings.
  • File quarterly financial statements and MD&A, and the annual AIF on SEDAR, OTC, and the Artis REIT website.
  • Oversee preparation and updates to the Annual Information Form (AIF).
  • Update and maintain content on the corporate website.
  • Assist with the preparation and posting of investor presentations.
  • Track investor meetings and prepare presentation materials.
  • Set up and coordinate quarterly earnings conference calls.
  • Assist with drafting and reviewing social media content; track media mentions.
  • Prepare the quarterly Investor Relations update for the CFO memo.
Sustainability & Corporate Planning
  • Support sustainability tracking for building performance and reporting.
  • Organize and maintain documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the Investor Relations & Sustainability team as needed.
Operations & Brokerage Support
  • Assist the COO with lease reviews.
  • Support the Central Region with vacancy update reports.
  • Register and manage salesperson and brokerage licenses for the Manitoba real estate brokerage.
  • Review and manage regulatory filings.
  • Help plan and execute internal and external meetings and events.
Other Duties
  • Perform other tasks and projects as required in support of the team and broader organization.
What You Bring
  • Certification in Administration or an undergraduate degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • 2+ years of relevant administrative experience, ideally within real estate.
  • Extreme attention to detail is a must.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience editing and reviewing documents.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
