All roles require every other weekend, follow a predictable two-week repeating schedule, and participate in our A/B holiday rotation.

🧭 What You’ll Do

Provide compassionate hands-on care
-
Assist residents with ADLs, mobility, meals, and engagement
-
Build meaningful relationships with residents in a household-model environment
-
Document care accurately and follow established care plans
-
Work collaboratively with nurses and fellow STNAs
-
Maintain a safe, clean, supportive environment
✔️ Requirements

Active STNA certification on the Kentucky Nurse Aide Registry (required)

Must be able to work every other weekend

Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the role

Must demonstrate reliability and professionalism

Must pass background and drug screening
