Rosedale Green – Covington, KY

• 2nd Shift (2:30p–10:30p)

  • $3.00/hr 2nd shift differential

  • $1.00/hr weekend differential

Emerald Trace – Erlanger, KY

• Day Shift (7:00a–7:00p)

  • $1.00/hr weekend differential

• Night Shift (7:00p–7:00a)

  • $2.00/hr night differential

  • $1.00/hr weekend differential

All roles require every other weekend, follow a predictable two-week repeating schedule, and participate in our A/B holiday rotation.

💵 Pay & Incentives

• $18.50–$23.00/hr base pay (based on experience)

• +$3.00/hr 2nd shift differential

• +$2.00/hr 3rd shift differential

• +$1.00/hr weekend differential

• +$3.00/hr medical opt-out (after meeting eligibility)

➡️ Combined, STNAs can earn up to $30/hr with differentials and incentives.

This is highly competitive with regional CNA/STNA pay.

🧭 What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate hands-on care

• Assist residents with ADLs, mobility, meals, and engagement

• Build meaningful relationships with residents in a household-model environment

• Document care accurately and follow established care plans

• Work collaboratively with nurses and fellow STNAs

• Maintain a safe, clean, supportive environment

✔️ Requirements

• Active STNA certification on the Kentucky Nurse Aide Registry (required)

• Must be able to work every other weekend

• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the role

• Must demonstrate reliability and professionalism

• Must pass background and drug screening
