Supervisor, Women's Outreach (Permanent, Full-Time)

The Opportunity

If you have a client-centred approach and excel at connecting with people positively, the Shift Supervisor, Women's Outreach role at UGM could be a great fit for you.

In this role, you'll use your strong interpersonal skills to support our guests exceptionally while managing Outreach operations. You'll offer leadership and guidance to your team and ensure a welcoming environment for everyone seeking assistance. You'll often work with clients facing crises due to various difficulties, with support from nearby staff available as needed. This position allows you to make a significant impact in the lives of individuals while leading a dedicated team.

 

This is a permanent, full-time position. The position requires a weekly schedule as follows: Sunday to Wednesday. Flexibility in shift time is required due to programming needs. This position's starting hourly salary range is $31.92 -$34.88. For a copy of the full job description, click here.
