POSITION: CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (CNA)

We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide quality in-home care and support to our client in Crawfordville, GA 30631.

Pay: Based on experience and client assignment
Job Type: PRN

• Assist the client with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care needs.

• Provide assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene.

• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed.

• Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when required.

• Provide light housekeeping to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.

• Provide companionship and emotional support.

• Assist with medication reminders as permitted by the client's service plan and applicable regulations.

• Monitor and report changes in the client's physical, emotional, or behavioral condition.

• Follow the client's service plan and instructions provided by the supervising nurse or agency.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and services provided.

• Report incidents, injuries, changes in condition, or other concerns promptly to the appropriate supervisor.

• Maintain the client's privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.

• Follow all agency policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

• Current and valid CNA certification/license as required by the state.

• Previous home care or caregiving experience preferred.

• CPR certification preferred/required as applicable.

• Compassionate, dependable, and trustworthy.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and follow the client's service plan.

• Must be able to successfully complete required background checks and agency onboarding requirements.

• Must have reliable transportation to the client's home.
