Office Custodian - Part-time (Browning, MT)
Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented part-time Office Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers and employees. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work and contribute to the overall cleanliness and functionality of our office.
*This role is only open to candidates currently residing within a 45 miles radius from Browning, MT at this time
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
- Sweep and mop floors in common areas and offices
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, such as desks, tables, and countertops
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean windows and glass surfaces
- Restock supplies, such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
- Monitor and order cleaning supplies as needed
- Assist with setting up and breaking down for meetings or events
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines for handling cleaning chemicals
- Perform general maintenance tasks around the branch
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong organizations skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proven experience in janitorial or cleaning services preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and bending
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
