Customer Service Check-in Agent - Vancouver 2026

We are looking for.......

• Candidates responsible for greeting guests   and completing their check-in process. 
• Dynamic & enthusiastic individuals who can provide quality customer service.
• A well-groomed, friendly, and outgoing demeanor. 
• Someone who enjoys working in a diverse fast paced and ever- changing environment
• Must be able to work Sunday, Monday, Thursday and Friday
• Enjoys working with computers and electronic devices.
• Able to stand or walk for long periods of time.
• Fluent in English mandatory, other languages a plus
• Must be 18 years of age or older

About the job

• Report to assigned position during the debark or embark operation
• Meet and greet our guests, direct them throughout the terminal
• Provide assistance and direction to next steps in process for our guests, e.g. bus/taxi que, check-in process, immigration and security
• Perform check-in process for guests using cruise line equipment during embark operations
