We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated coordinator with exceptional verbal and written communication skills to provide support to our clients, and is committed to enabling the clean energy transition. As a Project Sales Coordinator you will develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, provide exceptional support, and ensure client satisfaction. The role involves addressing client needs, developing proposals, and managing contract renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Operations and Engineering team to develop comprehensive proposals and quotations
  • Present proposals to clients, addressing any technical questions or concerns with the support of internal teams
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Assist in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving client issues, working closely with technical support teams when necessary.
  • Responsible for leading annual client programs (Meter Reseals, Audits, etc.)
  • Address client feedback and revise proposals and quotes as necessary
  • Manage contract renewals, ensuring that clients continue to see the value in the company’s offerings
  • Write clear, concise, and persuasive content tailored to the specific needs and preferences of the client or funder
  • Customize templates and standard proposal content to address the specific needs and priorities of each client or project
  • Maintain records of submitted proposals and track their status
  • Follow up on submitted proposals and communicate any updates or feedback to relevant parties
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations to optimize the client’s use of the company’s products or services
  • Work closely with the Business Development Director to create new sales and RFP opportunities and communicate client needs to further expand services offering
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services 
  • Ensure client satisfaction by providing timely and effective support

Skills and Qualifications:

  • College/university degree (business, communications, engineering, or electrical/technical field is an asset).
  • 2 years’ experience in account management/proposal writing.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer centric approach.
  • Experience with energy services, utilities, or power producers is a plus.
  • Proficiency with MS 365 Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.), Salesforce and other related business applications
  • Writing Skills: Excellent grammar, spelling, proofreading, with attention to detail; ability to write clearly and persuasively.

Rodan fosters a culture that promotes health and wellness and encourages work-life balance.  This is a flexible hybrid role where you are required to work both remotely and in person depending on business needs.  You will be required to work at our Corporate HQ in Mississauga a minimum of 2 days per week in addition to attending and participating in workshops, projects, or team meetings.
