Account Manager, Surety

The Account Manager is responsible for supporting and servicing an assigned book of business in our Surety Department within the Construction Industry Group. This role ensures the highest standards of client service, technical accuracy, and operational efficiency, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Your Role at PLATFORM
The successful candidate will assist our team with a variety of tasks. We are looking for professionals who want to join an exciting, fast paced environment with a strong learning culture and a focus on overall development
• Provides support to the Account Director on a book of business
• Be the day-to-day contact for a client contact on the assigned book of business, triaging requests as needed
• Review client bid specifications, determine and execute prequalification, tender, finals bonds & other client requests
• Participate in credit file documentation collection
Education, Experience & Qualifications
• Knowledge of Applied Systems EPIC Broker Management System is preferred
• Surety and/or construction experience is preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work within a team environment with strong interpersonal skills
• Possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Salary Range
$70,000 - $90,000 CAD per year
