Shore Ex Pier Staff - Victoria

About the Job

· Report to the Shorex Pier Supervisor and help prepare for dispatching of guests.

· Assigned task during dispatch include, displaying appropriate signage (per cruise line standards), greeting guests, directing to proper queues, loading busses, and ticket collection tickets etc.

· Receive daily tools and materials (clipboard, dispatch sheet) and logging times of buses being loaded with our guests and count for each tour.

· Upon departure of all tours from the Cruise Terminal/Pier, reconcile logs and information with Pier Supervisor.

· Collect all signage from the pier and complete staff timesheet.

· Must be able to work flexible schedule (work shifts, based on cruise ship schedules)

· Friday and Saturday evenings a must.

· Possess a sense of responsibility and ability to multi- task in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

· English speaking mandatory and other languages advantageous.
