Digital Operations Coordinator

Village Media is looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional to join our team. This isn't just about data entry; it’s about being the backbone of our local business ecosystem. You’ll support our sales and ad operations teams by ensuring our local business partners look their best across our entire network of news sites.

The Impact You’ll Make

• You'll build and optimize high-quality business listings that help local companies get noticed.
• You'll be the go-to resource for clients, helping them leverage their listings and troubleshooting their needs with a "How can I help?" mindset.
• From job ads to special offers, you'll ensure client content is posted accurately and promptly.
• You'll manage user accounts and jump in on special projects directed by your leadership team.
• You'll also learn and help out with other tasks within the team.

Who You Are

• You notice the small things others miss. Accuracy is your middle name.
• Whether it's an email to a client or a quick chat with the sales team, you're professional and articulate.
• You're comfortable navigating new software and CMS platforms—we use our own awesome in-house system!
• You can manage a busy inbox and a "to-do" list without being micromanaged, but you also love being a part of a winning team.

The Details

• Salary Range: $46,000 - $50,000
• Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Location: This is an in-office role in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario.
