Sales Representative - RV Resorts
Introduction
Pinnacle Lifestyles is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Sales Representatives to join our growing team for the summer camping season. Reporting to the Sales Coordinator, Sales Representatives play an integral role in generating RV and cabin lot sales at the Pinnacle Lifestyles Resorts properties by showcasing our brand and products to guests and prospective buyers. The successful candidate(s) will act as the onsite Guest Ambassador and provide our guests with an exceptional experience throughout their stay and/or buying process.
Sales Representatives are required to work at the onsite sales center at one of our RV & Cabin Resort properties in Western Canada for the majority of the summer season. Accommodation will be provided if required. Opportunities currently exist at the following locations:
- Pinnacle Trails Resort (Edson, Alberta)
- Sicamous RV & Cabin Resort (Sicamous, British Columbia)
- Kokanee Springs Resort (Crawford Bay, British Columbia)
This role is suitable for candidates with strong customer service and a previous track record of succeeding in a fast-paced sales role. A real estate license is not required for this position.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct effective and engaging resort tours while determining prospective buyers needs and wants
- Consistently contact all potential leads through phone calls, emails, and texts, using the company CRM system to generate new guests
- Manage inquiries and appointments by following up with leads in a timely manner through calls, emails, and social media
- Generate referral leads from new guest enrolments by providing outstanding customer service
- Provide guests with product information and support during the purchasing process
- Become adept with all resort operations and sales system practices
- Manage inventory of sales collateral and marketing material
- Assist in qualifying potential guests and convert them into qualified buyers
- Continually inspect and ensure sales centers are appealing and presentable
- Track and follow up with buyers throughout the financing and purchase process
- Actively participate in all organizational mandated meetings/events contributing towards achieving organizational goals
- Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and community outreach programs
- Display a passion for excellence in customer service delivery and promote a strong sense of community at the resort level
- Engage in regular communication with guests to receive feedback about their experience
- Maintain local knowledge of the community and market conditions to answer questions about each of our resorts
- Work closely with Pinnacle’s Sales and Marketing departments on initiatives including sales campaigns and lead generation projects
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives
Job Requirements
- 4+ years experience in a B2C sales role is required
- Previous experience in residential or recreational real estate market is considered an asset; Knowledge of RVs and RV resorts is preferred
- Ability to temporarily relocate or travel to resort(s) regularly
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer focused mindset
- Technology driven; proficient in Microsoft O365, cloud-based filing systems and CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a strong asset)
- Effective time management skills and desire to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to work well independently; and
- Passion for camping and the outdoors!
