Flex Associate - Material Services / Forklift Operator

As a Material Services Associate / Forklift operator you will be part of the process that produces high quality parts for our customer including completion of our final product. You would be able to choose shifts to work in Material Services Department.

This is a very unique and popular program where associates in the program have the flexibility of choosing shifts through an app in real time. Available Shifts will be communicated to our flexible workforce regularly for each week. The expectation would be to working up to 32 hours per week with at least once per month of the available shifts. Available shifts to choose from may vary from week to week depending on staffing needs. The available shifts for our flexible workforce to choose from will range from 4 - 10 hours in length: Weekdays - Day , Afternoon or Midnight Shift Weekend - Day Shift or Sunday Nights.

Qualifications and Skills:

Forklift experience is preferred. Training is provided on site.

You are a team player who is able to work independently to help achieve team goals

You are able to lift up to 40lbs with regularity

You are comfortable using computers and confident in your ability to learn new programs

You thrive in a busy environment and have the drive to get the job done

You have a positive attitude and enjoy working with others
