We are currently looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Sensitive Exams (Genitourinary and Rectal Examinations) Coordinator - PCS350 for the Winter 2025 term.
This role is responsible for ensuring that every student meets the standard set by CCNM/SNC for Genitourinary and Rectal examinations. Key responsibilities include training Genitourinary and Rectal models, setting up model & student schedules on Moodle, contingency planning for missed sessions, guest lecturing on Genitourinary and Rectal examination technique, and training residents or novice TAs on best practices in Genitourinary and Rectal clinical examination.
This position requires being on-site at CCNM Toronto Campus
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience:
- Two (2) years of teaching experience and five (5) years of clinical experience is an asset
- Professional working knowledge of evidence informed Genitourinary and Rectal physical examination methods in the outpatient clinic
Education:
- Healthcare professional registered in the province of Ontario (ND, DC, MD, etc.)
- Training in teaching methodology, curriculum design, and evaluation at a post-secondary level is an asset
- The ideal candidate will possess a Masters or PhD in the related disciplines is an asset
Skills:
- Ability to motivate and engage students
- Excellent written, oral and presentation/communication skills
- Established research publication record is desirable
- Ability to exercise professional judgment in a highly confidential environment
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with ability to direct concurrent activities
- Positive commitment to student success and to naturopathic program objectives
