REFRESH Kitchen & Bar is the resort’s only on‑site restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch, après‑golf, and dinner with indoor dining, patio seating, and take‑out options.

☀️ What You’ll Be Doing

As a Morning Cook, you’ll play a key role in early‑day kitchen operations, including:

·         Preparing, cooking, and presenting breakfast and early‑day menu items

·         Ensuring food is ready at least 15 minutes before service

·         Following recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards

·         Keeping prep areas, coolers, and equipment clean, organized, and food‑safe

·         Receiving and properly storing deliveries

·         Assisting with buffets, banquets, and special events when required

·         Communicating clearly with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams

·         Setting the tone for a smooth, successful day of service

✅ What We’re Looking For

·         FoodSafe Level 1 Certification (required)

·         Morning availability and reliability are a must

·         Previous breakfast or line cook experience required

·         Strong organization and attention to detail

·         Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast‑paced environment

·         Positive attitude and team‑first mindset

·         Comfortable lifting to 50 lbs and being on your feet during shifts

·         WHMIS certification an asset (training provided if needed)
