What You’ll Do
• Support leasing success by conducting property tours, guiding applicants through the leasing process, and coordinating smooth move-ins
• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to resident inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests
• Prepare, process, and renew lease agreements while supporting rent collection and follow-up as needed
• Coordinate maintenance requests and work with vendors and contractors to ensure timely, high-quality service
• Assist with tracking leasing activity, occupancy trends, and basic financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with housing regulations, company policies, and documentation standards
• Collaborate with site teams, vendors, and leadership to support overall property performance and resident satisfaction
What You Bring
• Experience in property management, leasing, customer service, or a related role; equivalent education and practical experience will be considered
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Experience with property management software and Microsoft Office; willingness to learn new systems
• Knowledge of residential leasing practices and housing regulations is an asset
• Professional, reliable, and service-driven approach aligned with Zen Residential’s values
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
