Manager for Future Growth - HRM
The Manager will undergo on-the-job training, becoming familiar with their role, developing procedures, meeting staff and working in various company departments/locations and will become a subject matter expert in all sales, inventory and operational processes.
The Manager will participate in on-going training and development to ensure their success.
They will be assigned a team of associates to drive targeted results in sales, payroll, gross margin and operational excellence for the assigned areas. They will participate and lead in building a high-performance sales force through effective recruitment, performance management and coaching. They will ensure visual presentation, merchandising and inventory and housekeeping standards are in place and maintained. They will communicate with their leaders and business partners as required.

- Experience in a management role
Moderate travel is required
