Available: December 2024 (12-Month Contract, possibility of extension)

CCNM is currently looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Administrator, Clinical Education at the Toronto Campus.
This individual will be reporting to the Associate Dean, Clinical Education and will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of the department by managing: clerical and administrative support; information management support and records maintenance.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the process, accuracy, and sustainability of the Clinic Education Department student activity reporting system and liaising with the Systems Business Manager as needed
- Preparing, processing, and maintaining the Clinical Education Department’s (excluding faculty shifts) expense and finance reports by inputting invoices into the FIS system, collecting invoices, and liaising with the payroll team
- Providing administrative support for all department projects and events, including clinical activity audits and faculty development
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on all Clinical Education Learning Resources, such as Moodle, myCCNM, and SharePoint
- Organizing materials for student grading and for the Associate Dean of Clinical Education
- Administering the clinic shift registration process under the supervision of the Associate Dean of Clinical Education
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on all student clinical records
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Post secondary education in administrative/business or related studies
- Advanced computer literacy in all range of administrative support programs and Office365
- Excellent written, oral and verbal skills with an emphasis on spelling and grammar
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision in fast paced environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal effectively– both orally and in writing- with individuals at all levels within the organization
- Tact, discretion and ability to exercise professional judgment in a highly confidential environment
