What You Will Do

As Community Manager, you’ll lead people and places. You’ll be the anchor for your team, the go-to for your tenants, and the steward of building performance. No two days will be the same—and that’s exactly how you like it.

Supervise and support your onsite team

Guide leasing strategy and occupancy efforts

Handle tenant relations with care and clarity

Lead property visits and routine inspections

Ensure safety compliance and training

Support marketing and event promotions

Manage budgets, expenses, and reporting

Approve applications and oversee evictions

Create and enforce building policies

Collaborate across departments

What You Bring to the Table

Experience in property management

Leasing and real estate knowledge

Strong leadership and communication skills

Working knowledge of property systems and building operations

Familiar with the Residential Tenancy Act

Proficiency in MS Office and property management database

Reliable, organized, and people-focused

Diplomatic problem-solver
