The Mission of This Role 

In this role, you will be a valued member of the RightMetric Sales Team, working in a permanent, full-time position of Head of Growth. Reporting to the Co-CEO, you will lead the Growth function at RightMetric, taking full ownership of revenue generation, demand creation, and go-to-market execution.

As a RightMetric leader, you will be accountable for building a scalable growth engine that balances short-term revenue objectives with long-term brand and market positioning. You bring director-level strategic thinking and the ability to translate big-picture strategy into tactical, repeatable operating processes, ensuring RightMetric continues to expand its market presence and deepen relationships with high-value clients.


Responsibilities

Revenue Growth

  • Own the company's growth strategy and revenue targets, building a predictable pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships, referral channels, and new market opportunities that accelerate growth, leveraging your existing client network to open doors.

Marketing & Demand Generation

  • Own go-to-market strategy end-to-end — setting the direction for marketing, sales, and campaign execution across the funnel.
  • Lead RightMetric's marketing strategy across content, thought leadership, digital channels, events, and partnerships.
  • Position RightMetric as the leading source of marketing intelligence through compelling storytelling and market education.
  • Develop and optimize campaigns that drive awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth.

Growth Analytics & Operations

  • Own growth reporting, forecasting, and performance measurement across marketing and sales.
  • Use data, customer insights, market intelligence, and AI-driven tools to continuously improve growth initiatives and resource allocation.
  • Build scalable systems, processes, and playbooks that turn strategic priorities into clear, tactical operating processes for the team.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Serve as a member of the leadership team, helping shape company strategy and priorities.
  • Work closely with Product, Research, and Delivery teams, providing informed input and market perspective to guide product direction and innovation.
  • Champion a culture of experimentation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive innovation across the growth function, including the adoption of AI-driven tools and approaches to sharpen strategy and execution.
Compensation & Perks 
  • Salary: $150,000-$180,000 CAD, plus a target annual incentive of 20%

What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity, such as marketing account management at the manager or director level.
  • Direct experience managing mid-market and enterprise client relationships, including contract negotiations and long-term account growth.
  • Experience managing key accounts at a market research company, digital agency, consultancy, or technology company.
  • Experience working closely with clients in industries such as banking, insurance, CPG, and retail.
