Join Our Team
We are seeking a Personal Trainer to help members reach their health and fitness goals through one-on-one training and coaching. Personal Training Staff are responsible for the delivery of high-quality health and wellness programs and services to all YMCA members. This position is located at the Placentia Regional YMCA.
Job Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Kinesiology or Physical Education
- Current Fitness Certifications including but not limited to YMCA Personal Training or Industry Equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills, relationship building, communication, and time management skills
- Previous experience training groups/individuals in the fitness industry with varying levels and abilities
- Standard First Aid and CPR
- Criminal Records Check and Vulnerable Sectors Checks are reviewed on an individual basis
