Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Student to support our HR team from January to April 2026. This role is ideal for a student currently enrolled in an HR or Business program who is eager to gain practical experience in a fast-paced, professional setting. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, and administrative tasks, while contributing to meaningful HR projects.
Position Description
- Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Support onboarding activities including documentation, orientation planning, and follow-ups
- Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems
- Participate in HR projects such as policy reviews and process improvements
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
- Suggest improvements to HR processes and contribute to a positive team culture
Skills & Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary HR, Business Administration, or related program
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment
- Effective communication skills (both written & verbal)
- Punctual, reliable, and a team player
- Must have the ability to speak, write and read English
