As the Project Leader, F&B, you’ll implement multiple projects annually across our diverse range of venues and assist the Director, F&B in managing daily operations. You play a key part in supporting product changes, ensuring the successful execution of various projects, and streamlining operational efficiencies within the food and beverage space. Of course, you possess solid F&B management experience, with an emphasis on operations in high-volume environments.

This role encompasses many elements including project leader, area operations manager, cheerleader, coach and people leader; eager to drive continuous revenue and process improvement while creating outstanding and memorable experiences for your guests and driving operational efficiencies.

Ideally, you have proven F&B leadership experience and know how to use it to deliver unparalleled results.
