What You Will Do

As part of a collaborative team, the Project Coordinator supports the execution of multiple design-build high-rise developments, from preliminary design to close out.

·         Design development

·         Permitting from appropriate authorities

·         Budgeting, take-offs, and cost estimating

·         Schedule and management plans

·         Contract management

·         Project meetings

·         Invoice approvals and progress draws

·         Quality control programs

·         Safety program, and standards

·         Closeout process

What You Bring to the Table

·         Engineering or construction-related degree/diploma

·         High-rise multi-unit residential construction

·         Project coordination experience

·         Organization

·         Negotiation and problem-solving skills

·         Solid written and verbal communication

·         Leadership qualities

·         Results-driven mindset
