About Us:
Inspire Confidence. Support Wellbeing. Strengthen Community - Join the RRC Team.
At the Regional Recreation Corporation (RRC), our purpose is simple and powerful: Together we create community. Every workout, every conversation, and every moment of encouragement is an opportunity to help someone feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in themselves. Around here, we celebrate personal bests and the occasional “I survived leg day” moment too.
The environments we create are about more than fitness they are places where people build confidence, rediscover their strength, and feel supported in pursuing their goals. As a Personal Trainer with the RRC, you will play an important role in that journey, helping members move better, feel better, and achieve things they may not have thought possible.
We are looking for a Personal Trainer who believes fitness is about more than sets and reps, it is about building trust, supporting individual goals, and creating spaces where people feel welcomed and capable. Whether you are guiding someone through their very first workout or helping a long time member reach a new milestone, your coaching will make a meaningful difference in their wellbeing journey. You are just as comfortable encouraging someone through their first push up as you are their fiftieth.
At the RRC, you will join a team that values Safety, Collaboration, Innovation, Sustainability, and Diversity. These values guide how we support one another, design our programs, and create welcoming spaces for everyone in our community. As a Personal Trainer, you help bring these values to life by prioritizing safe, inclusive coaching and empowering members to move, grow, and succeed.
If you are passionate about helping people move, grow, and feel their best and you bring empathy, curiosity, and positive energy to your work, we encourage you to apply.
Together, we will help our community thrive, one workout, one connection, and one success story at a time.
