Location: Remote/Field-based — East Coast (Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, PEI), Ontario, or West Coast (BC or Alberta) preferred

Compensation: Base salary $150,000+/year + commissions

What You'll Do

• Build and scale your own door-to-door solar sales team, recruiting and onboarding sales representatives

• Own and dominate your assigned territory, driving consistent field activity and results

• Lead training and development for your representatives, equipping them to knock, pitch, and close effectively

• Set and execute against clear sales targets with full accountability for team performance

• Develop and deliver actionable plans and pathways for territory growth, with company support behind your strategy

What We're Looking For

• A proven top performer in field sales / outside sales / door-to-door sales

• An existing loyal sales team you can bring with you, OR a solid, concrete plan to build one

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building ability

• A hungry, ambitious mindset focused on growth and scaling

• Self-direction — someone who thrives with autonomy and ownership rather than hand-holding
