Chris Rizzo Trucking is seeking a dependable and experienced Roll-Off Dumpster Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Roll-Off Dumpster Delivery Driver, you will play a vital role in our waste management operations by ensuring the safe and timely delivery and pickup of roll-off dumpsters to and from customer sites. This position requires a valid CDL B license and the ability to handle the physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently operate a roll-off truck to deliver and retrieve dumpsters to and from various locations.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
• Secure and stabilize dumpsters on the truck using chains, straps, or other appropriate methods.
• Interact professionally with customers, providing exceptional service and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and maintain a clean driving record.
• Collaborate with dispatch and maintain open lines of communication to ensure efficient scheduling and customer satisfaction.
• Safely navigate through various job sites and terrain, taking into account potential hazards and adhering to safety protocols.
• Be able to load and unload dumpsters, which involves physically getting in and out of the truck multiple times during a shift.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL B license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in roll-off dumpster delivery or waste management is highly preferred.
• Ability to operate and maneuver a roll-off truck in a safe and efficient manner.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle the demands of the job, including getting in and out of the truck and assisting with dumpster drop-offs and pick-ups.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Must be able to adapt to the need of our company's services, filling in for garbage truck driver during time off, delivering garbage cans, etc.
• Ability to operate various manual transmissions.
