YOUTH & ADVENTURE SALES COORDINATOR
Hours: Full Time: 37-40 Hours per week, 5 days per week
Must be willing to work Weekdays, Weekends, Holidays and some overnights based on group sales.
Youth & Adventure Sales Coordinator to drive youth and group sales in hotel accommodations, food & beverage, and attractions across our hotel, fun center, and waterpark. This team member should be energetic and have attention to detail as they are responsible for prospecting, selling, and coordinating youth/group events—delivering exceptional experiences for schools, camps, sports teams, and social groups.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Two years of continued education or Minimum 2 years experience in related position.
Excellent communication skills (speaks in a professional manner).
Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through.
Ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM or booking/event software is a plus.
Flexibility to work some evenings, weekends, or holidays based on group/resort needs.

Understanding of youth group dynamics and needs.
