Yard Coordinator & Facility Maintenance

Job Responsibilities

This position reports to the Branch Manager and is responsible for helping maintain a clean store both inside and outside.

• Ensure cleanliness and professional display of all used equipment trade-ins and serviced equipment.
• Maintain organization of serviced equipment and storage areas.
• Manage general cleanliness and tidiness of service areas, including garbage disposal and skid removal.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound agricultural equipment using appropriate machinery.
• Stock, tag, and document new and used equipment into inventory.
• Execute general yard maintenance, including grass cutting, gravel area upkeep, snow removal, and salting.
• Maintain cleanliness and supply stocking of bathrooms, offices, lunchroom, and boardroom.
• Assist with turf deliveries and wash bay as needed. 

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• An individual with a positive attitude who takes pride in the quality of their work
• An attentive, reliable and conscientious individual to handle high value equipment
• An individual who enjoys interacting with other great team members and customers
• The ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize work
• Valid Driver’s License with a clear driving abstract
• Strong communication and organization skill
• Experience with forklifts and agricultural machinery would be an asset
• Proficient using computers and familiarity with Microsoft Office software
