Workforce Requirements Determination (WRD) Analyst
Cameo Consulting Group, LLC is a management consulting practice based out of Alexandria, VA. Cameo is currently seeking multiple specialists to provide workforce requirements determination (WRD) analytical and clerical support services for the United States Coast Guard (USCG) in Washington, D.C.
JOB TITLE: Workforce Requirements Determination (WRD) Analyst (Junior and Intermediate roles available.)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works under general supervision to support analyst functions including data collection and data modeling
- Knowledge of applying analytic methodologies and principles to address client’s needs.
- Uses analytic techniques to help assess the impact of industry trends, policy or standard methodologies.
- Translates information into clear, readable documents to be used by client personnel at multiple levels.
- Prepares, disseminates, and provides for the orderly safeguard of documentation.
- Demonstrates effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Possesses demonstrated knowledge and experience in the application of analytic methodologies and principles to address client needs, evaluate project objectives, and contribute to the implementation of strategic direction.
- Performs analyst functions including data collection, interviewing, data modeling, research, and other analyst duties as assigned including support for surveying efforts.
- Conducts activities in support of project team’s objectives.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communications skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as business management and/or human resources management.
- Two to Four years of experience applying their specialty in workforce requirements analysis, or similar analytics.
- Experience providing workforce requirements analysis for Federal agencies as a Federal employee or contractor.
- Experience with the WRD process, specifically familiarization of & data collection from an Active-Duty workforce is required.
- Preferred, but not required: Previous experience support the USCG with similar requirements.
PLACE OF PERFORMANCE:
The primary place of performance will be at the USCG Headquarters in Washington, D.C. located at 2701 Martin Luther King Jr Ave SE, Washington, DC 20593.
ADDITIONAL TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
The Contractor should anticipate the need for up to two (2) trips per project/study to the studied unit locations (schedule and location to be determined for each call order) for formal and informal reviews, working groups and meetings to support Workforce Requirements Analysis phases.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Consist of an initial 12-month base period of performance four subsequent 12-month option periods.
- Base Period 06/15/2025 – 06/14/2026
- Option Period 1 06/15/2026 – 06/14/2027
- Option Period 2 06/15/2027 – 06/14/2028
- Option Period 3 06/15/2028 – 06/14/2029
- Option Period 4 06/15/2029 – 06/14/2030
WORK SCHEDULE:
Employees must generally perform all work between the hours of 0730 and 1600 ET, Monday
through Friday (except Federal holidays). However, there may be occasions when Contractor employees
shall be required to work other than normal business hours, including weekends and holidays, to fulfill
requirements under this PWS. Legal holidays observed by the Government include:
- January 1st
- 3rd Monday of January
- 3rd Monday of February
- Last Monday of May
- June 19th
- July 4th
- 1st Monday of September
- 2nd Monday of October
- November 11th
- 4th Thursday in November
- December 25th
When one of the above designated legal holidays falls on a Sunday, the following Monday will be observed as a legal holiday. When a legal holiday falls on a Saturday, the preceding Friday is observed as a holiday by U.S. Government Agencies.
