Job Summary

  • The Wireless Coordinator will report directly up to the Corporate Office and is responsible for successfully maximizing sales volume as well hiring, leading, overseeing and supporting store personnel in all locations by providing wireless product education, sales strategies, coaching, training and development to the stores personnel that will ultimately result in an increased sales profit within the store.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

  • Recruit, train, coach and develop cellphone cashiers including, but not limited to sales techniques, products, promotions, and procedures
  • Responsible for communicating, maintaining and achieving all sales goals and standards set forth by the company
  • Market merchandise by adhering to advertising, sales promotion, and display plans
  • Handle scheduling of staff at stores to ensure appropriate shift coverage and to avoid overtime
  • Oversee department ordering of supplies, phone cards, cellphones, accessories, etc
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair wireless products
  • Handle all customer service issues with professionalism
  • Communicate, and execute Ideal Market policies and procedures
  • Completing periodic inventory counts and compliance audits
  • Maintaining an awareness of competitor products and services
  • Follow up with staff and Accounting Dept. with daily balance reports
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements Qualifications

  • Solid working knowledge of different wireless devices
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be proficient in computer skill, POS systems, spreadsheets, and word processing

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED
  • 1-2 years of previous experience
  • Bilingual Spanish/English
