Job Summary

  • A Wireless Cashier must meet the sales and customer service goals of a cell phone provider. A Wireless Cashier must work to increase the market awareness of cellphones, smartphones, and other wireless technology.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

  • Interacts with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
  • Sold phones, accessories, plans, and other services to meet customer's needs
  • Complete regular sales and operational store duties, not limited to cleaning, stocking, customer calls, counting inventory, tag changing, and store layout changes
  • Responds to customer’s needs and requests, effectively uses suggestive and upselling techniques, and maintains service areas.
  • Issuing receipts, refunds, change or tickets
  • Keep reports of transactions
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements Qualifications

  • Solid working knowledge of different wireless devices
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be proficient in computer skill, POS systems, spreadsheets, and word processing
  • Ability to work flexible hours, weekends & holidays

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED
  • 1-2 years previous experience
  • Bilingual Spanish/English
