Position Summary

The Sales Associate supports the store’s operations by assisting customers with product selection, maintaining store appearance, stocking merchandise, and providing exceptional service. This role requires product knowledge, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers with product recommendations across beer, wine, and spirits.

- Educate customers on product attributes, pairings, and promotions.

- Stock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain proper product displays.

- Support inventory management and perform counts as directed.

- Assist in setting up promotional displays and signage.

- Ensure store cleanliness and organization throughout all departments.

- Provide support during tastings, demos, and special events.

- Follow all company policies and procedures.

- Contribute to team goals and store success.

Required Qualifications

- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.

- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Retail, hospitality, or beverage industry experience preferred.

- Basic knowledge of beer, wine, or spirits a plus.

- Ability to lift 30 lbs. consistently and 60 lbs. occasionally.

- High school diploma or equivalent desired.

- Must be 21 years of age or older.

Working Conditions

- Full-time position, 40 hours per week.

- Standard 8-hour shifts with weekend and evening availability required.
