Wellness Marketing and Sales Ambassador, 4 month contract
Our portfolio of Super Premium Organic Cannabis brands is expanding at a rapid pace, with our new wellness brand: Wildflower. As a Cannabis Wellness Marketing and Sales Ambassador, your primary responsibility, is to promote and sell cannabis infused wellness products, establishing and maintaining relationships with customers in the emerging cannabis industry. You will play a crucial role in educating consumers about the benefits of cannabis wellness products and ensuring the successful market penetration of our brand. This role is a 4 month contract.
Responsibilities
Product Knowledge and Education:
Stay informed about the company's cannabis wellness product line, including ingredients, benefits, and usage.
Educate customers and consumers on the therapeutic and wellness aspects of cannabis-infused products.
Conduct training sessions for staff and customers to enhance product awareness.
Sales and Business Development:
Identify new distribution opportunities in the GTA that do not currently carry the company’s wellness product line
Educate stores on the importance of Wellness for consumers and our product portfolio to grow sales.
Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns.
Work alongside the local Rubicon Sales team to provide support and potential opportunities to grow the wellness category within their territories
Sampling Coordination and Community Engagement :
Plan and execute on-site product sampling events at various locations, including spas and wellness centers, gyms and fitness centers, farmers’ markets, community festivals, senior homes
Coordinate logistics and set up sampling stations
Interact with consumers in a friendly and approachable manner, initiating conversations about the benefits of cannabis wellness products.
Educate potential consumers on the unique features of the products, addressing questions and concerns.
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate regular sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Work closely with the marketing team to track the success of various promotional campaigns.
Qualifications:
Residence in the GTA required
Must have access to a vehicle for this position
Degree in science, marketing, business, or a related field is considered an asset.
Previous experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the Cannabis space
Strong understanding and interest in cannabis products, and wellness trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
