Well Testing Operators

Responsibilities:

• Assist in rig up/down of flowback equipment
• Assist in frac, drill out, flowback and production testing processes
• Operate and monitor flowback equipment (separators)
• Maintain flowback and well test reports
• Focus on continuous improvement in all areas.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Reliable vehicle
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check
• High School diploma or GED
• Previous experience working in flowback, well-testing, or other related fields preferred
• Able to work 13-hour shifts (day and night) on 20 days on / 10 days off schedule
• Computer literate in basic internet usage
• Maintain a commitment to safe work practices
• Demonstrate strong mechanical and technical abilities
• Demonstrate the ability to read and understand oral and written instructions
• Able to travel to remote locations
• Able to work in extreme weather conditions
• Able to handle physical workload
