Hours/Shifts: Weekend transportation coverage. **Hours may vary based on resident needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule transportation for residents based on medical, social, and personal needs.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, drivers, and facility staff to ensure timely transportation.
• Monitor and track scheduled rides to ensure punctuality and safety compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of transportation schedules, vehicle maintenance logs, and resident transportation requests.
• Address any transportation-related concerns or issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal transportation regulations and facility policies.
• Assist residents with mobility needs, including wheelchair transport, when necessary.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in transportation coordination, scheduling, or logistics preferred.
• Familiarity with long-term care or healthcare settings is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using scheduling software and basic computer applications.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if required to operate facility vehicles).
• CPR and CNA Certifications are required.
