We are currently seeking an experienced RN for our Weekend RN Supervisor opening. Can start right away!

As a Weekend Registered Nurse Supervisor at Cedargate Health Care Center, you will play a vital role in overseeing patient care for our elderly residents. This position is essential in ensuring high standards of nursing practices, fostering a compassionate environment, and collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care activities.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and monitoring vital signs.
• Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and progress.
• Foster a supportive environment that promotes teamwork and open communication.

Requirements:

• Current unencumbered RN license
• Supervisory experience
• Previous experience in a Long Term Care facility
• Previous experience in Long Term Care management and planning
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
