Part-Time Weekend Maintenance Assistant 
Location: Hotel on North, Pittsfield, MA 
Pay Rate:  $18.00

Job Summary: 
The Hotel on North is a fun, modern, boutique hotel in the heart of Pittsfield. We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Part-Time Weekend Maintenance Assistant to help keep our property in top condition. This entry-level role involves handling guest maintenance requests, assisting with ongoing projects, and performing routine repairs. 

Reports to: Maintenance Manager 

Responsibilities: 

Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and resolve minor issues. 

Assist with ongoing repairs and maintenance projects as needed. 

Perform routine tasks such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and minor paint touch-ups. 

Conduct property walk-throughs to identify and report any maintenance concerns. 

Keep work areas clean and organized. 

Follow safety guidelines and hotel standards. 

Requirements: 

Some general maintenance or handyman experience is preferred but not required. 

Ability to use basic tools and follow instructions. 

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 

Reliable and available to work weekends. 

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
