💼 About the Role
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control. This hands-on role requires a proactive leader who can motivate team members, maintain compliance with safety and operational standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll work directly with the Warehouse Manager to streamline processes, mentor staff, and ensure our operations meet the high standards Rebel is known for.

🎯 What You’ll Do

·        Supervise daily warehouse activities and assign tasks to staff.

·        Monitor performance and provide coaching and guidance to meet productivity and accuracy goals.

·        Enforce safety policies and maintain a secure, compliant environment.

·        Assist with inventory management, cycle counts, and discrepancy reconciliation.

·        Train team members on best practices, equipment use, and standard operating procedures.

·        Support process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

·        Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate when necessary.

·        Prepare reports and provide updates to the Warehouse Manager.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and excellent customer service.

📚 Who You Are

·        Minimum 3 years of warehouse or logistics experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.

·        Knowledge of warehouse processes, safety regulations, and inventory management practices.

·        Ability to read and interpret shipping documents, orders, and bills of lading.

·        Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.

·        Strong leadership, team-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.

·        Highly organized, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

💪 Working Conditions

·        Ability to lift and move boxes weighing 20–50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.

·        Warehouse environment with variable temperatures.

·        Regular use of basic tools such as box cutters, knives, and scissors.

·        Some overtime or weekend work may be required.
