Job Description:
As a Warehouse Lead you will play a critical role in the efficient operation of our warehouse. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately pull parts and products from inventory to fulfill customer orders and to keep service vehicles stocked with parts. You will ensure that orders are picked, packed, and shipped correctly and promptly, contributing to our commitment to superior customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
- Order and manage parts inventory for both the Warehouse and for a fleet of 12 Service Vehicles
- Assist with quarterly inventory counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all items are secure and correctly labeled
- Complete all parts ordering utilizing our ordering system - SAP.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to load and unload shipments safely and efficiently.
What You'll Bring:
- Strong Educational Background: High school diploma or GED is required
- Warehouse leadership experience is a huge plus, but will train individuals with 2+ years of warehouse/inventory experience
- Must have a high attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management systems, SAP preferred.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (typically 50 lbs.)
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification is a plus
