MAIN PURPOSE:
Ensure proper receipt and dispatch of all materials and maintain efficient Inventory control
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to perform, supervise and delegate the following:
- Inventory job set up, monitoring and closure
- Inventory quantity adjustments
- Maintain inventory accuracy by performing physical and cycle counts
- Identify requirements for inventory replenishment through min/max reports
- Prepare materials and paperwork for shipment
- Pull material from inventory and stage for Work in Progress
- Identify incoming materials against purchase orders
- Place material in physical inventory
- Receive and issue all parts into jobs
- Load/Unload all incoming/outgoing materials
- Coordinate daily delivery and pick up routine
- Interact with all departments
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Good communication skills.
- Prior supervisory experience
- Ability to operate material handling equipment
- Ability to efficiently manage time and meet all deadlines
- Read, write and speak English
- Self-motivated
- Problem solving skills
- Good housekeeping skills
