We are looking for our next full-time Warehouse Manager
The Warehouse Manager oversees the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods. This role is responsible for supervising warehouse staff, maintaining safety standards, managing inventory processes, and ensuring timely, accurate order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, testing, and shipping materials.
Plan, develop, and implement warehouse safety and security protocols.
Monitor warehouse performance and prepare regular reports for management.
Inspect warehouse facilities and equipment; coordinate maintenance, repairs, or replacements as needed.
Respond to customer and shipper inquiries and resolve complaints regarding storage and distribution.
Develop and document standard operating procedures for all warehouse processes.
Lead and motivate warehouse employees to ensure productivity and compliance with company processes.
Ensure all orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped on time.
Request and manage purchases of materials, equipment, and supplies.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position supervises warehouse personnel and plays a key role in overseeing projects, customer relations, and team development.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
This position is primarily located in a warehouse setting with regular exposure to varying noise levels and physical activity. The role involves frequent walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, and operating warehouse equipment. Periods of seated computer work and office activity are also required. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, as well as depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
Education and Experience
Required:
High school diploma or GED, plus 3–5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory control
Valid driver’s license
Occasional travel to customer sites or other company locations during work hours
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience with warehouse management software (WMS)
Proven leadership experience managing warehouse teams
