As we expand, we are seeking a results-driven Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse team and ensure smooth, organized, and accurate daily operations.

Position Overview:
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, receiving, and team leadership. This individual will work closely with purchasing, delivery, and customer service departments to ensure inventory accuracy and timely shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead warehouse staff to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety.

• Oversee receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns processes.

• Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software (Fishbowl experience is a plus).

• Coordinate daily workflow and prioritize tasks to meet operational deadlines.

• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards.

• Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to address inventory or fulfillment issues.

• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in inventory audits.

• Train, coach, and evaluate team members, enforcing company policies and standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management or supervisory role.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Experience using inventory management systems (Fishbowl or similar preferred).

• Proficient with basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word).

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
